Returns and refund policy

Returns and refunds are available for all items and must be made within 5 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on and in their original packaging. We de not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for UAE orders at this time. To initiate a returns and refunds, please contact us at info@pair-culture.com

For customers outside of the UAE, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To obtain the return address and further instructions, please contact us via email at info@pair-culture.com

Please note that taxes, customs and initial shipping are not refundable, the amount of the original item will only be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank's processing times). 

Exchanges

If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this would be to return your products through the process described above and make a new order.
